We’re looking for a Senior Estimator who’s ready to step up and lead – not just price jobs behind a desk.
At RED Systems, we deliver technically complex aluminium glazing, façades and curtain walling projects across the UK, working with major contractors and developers. Our 75% repeat business rate says a lot about how we operate – trusted, technically solid, and delivery-focused.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading the estimating process across a defined region
• Preparing accurate tenders and cost plans in line with our SOPs
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and supply chain partners
• Attending technical appraisals and client meetings
• Working closely with Pre-Construction, Commercial and Delivery teams
• Contributing to continuous improvement and CRM upkeep
