Description
This position supports the development, implementation, and oversight of the Corporate Compliance Program, with a strong focus on ethics, investigations, and regulatory reporting. The role requires a high level of integrity, independence, and strategic insight to foster a culture of compliance and accountability across the organization.  The Senior Ethics and Compliance Officer functions as part of an independent and objective team that reviews and evaluates compliance issues and concerns within the organization and assists in the execution of compliance-related activities under the direction of the Ethics and Compliance Manager.  
Responsibilities
This role supports the development, implementation, and oversight of the Corporate Compliance Program, focusing heavily on ethics, investigations, and regulatory reporting. The officer will review compliance issues and assist in executing compliance activities under management direction.
