Position Title: Senior Data Pipeline ETL Developer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based Must work Central Time Zone hours)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day starting between 7 8 AM CT
Duration: Through December 31, 2025 (extension possible, not guaranteed)
Hours: 40 hours/week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Pipeline ETL Developer to support a high-impact data migration project. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in DataStage and SSIS, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform QA on data files. This role involves converting existing ETL processes from DataStage to SSIS, working with internal and external data files, and collaborating within a detail-focused, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute data pipeline development and ETL migration efforts.
• Convert and optimize ETL processes from IBM DataStage to SSIS.
• Perform QA testing on both internal and external data files to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver high-quality ETL solutions.
• Ensure job scheduling, error handling, and performance tuning is effectively implemented.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues in production and development environments.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 6 years of hands-on ETL development experience.
• Strong expertise in IBM DataStage and Microsoft SSIS.
• Experience with QA testing of data files and end-to-end ETL validation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise scheduling tools, such as JAMS.
• Background in large-scale data projects involving external file integrations.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree is not required for this position.
