The European University for Well-Being (EUniWell; www.euniwell.
eu) is a European University Alliance coordinated by University of
Cologne and funded by the EU under ERASMUS+ since 2020. Our
aims are to foster the well-being of individuals, our communities
and societies, and the environment through excellent research, edu-
cation, and social engagement. University of Cologne is seeking to
hire an experienced and committed Senior EUniWell Partnership and
Globalisation Officer (f/m/x) who coordinates and manages strategic
globalisation activities and sustainable partnership engagement for
the Alliance.

» Systematically map opportunities for funding, support in writing
proposals and coordinate funding acquisition for the EUniWell
Alliance
» Systematically map and analyse the partner universities’ en-
gagement and potential funding landscapes to identify new
opportunities that align with EUniWell’s strategic goals
» Contribute to grant coordination (e.g. systematisation of proce-
dures) & stakeholder management (on strategic level)
» Support the Alliance’s long-term sustainability, including:
developing and managing higher education internationalisation
project proposals at the European and global levels; mapping of
third-party funding (e.g. from public and private foundations, in-
dustry partners in cooperation with EUniWell Innovation Valley)
» Coordinate internal and external partnerships, ensuring efficient
collaboration in funding acquisition across EUniWell teams and
partners
» Support the Chief Development Officer in developing and im-
plementing strategically focussed HE globalisation projects for
the EUniWell Alliance
» Support the Chief Development Officer in developing and
implementing the principles and procedures of Innovation Ma-
nagement and Change Management in the Alliance
» Provide expert counselling to the Chief Development Officer
on long-term sustainability strategies and other key topics,
including: globalisation strategy for EUniWell; further integration
of Alliance members; engagement with EUniWell’s Associated
Partners
» Support EUniWell leadership in the active engagement with
external advisors and the establishment of an External Advisory
Board
» Contribute to the development of concepts and processes for
the strategic messaging, global marketing and dissemination of
the Alliance programme and goals
