PEAK EVENT SERVICES/ BRIGHT EVENT RENTALS HAS PARTNERED WITH HUEMAN TO FIND A FULL-TIME SENIOR EVENT CONSULTANT FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS AND TENTING IN WOBURN, MA OR THE NORTHEAST US.

The Senior Event Consultant will be tasked with maintaining customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and managing complex projects from initial inquiry through final invoice. The position requires monitoring of industry trends to identify new markets and opportunities as well as the need to develop plans to utilize those markets and expand revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in the field assisting with event operations & installation teams
• Coordinate all necessary documentation for successful installation of a tented event
• Assist customers with problem solving, project layout and design, and project management
• Work with in-house designer to create site plans and interior layouts for permitting and on-site installation
• Generate quotes with event/site specific information

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in tenting, large-scale events, or related outdoor event experience
• Strong understanding of event operations and event production
• Existing knowledge of tent products and installation requirements
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction
• Ability to collaborate with all levels within an organization
