Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Event Co-ordinator to join our team.
This is an opportunity to be part of a growing agency. As Senior Event Co-ordinator, you are responsible for assisting the senior team with the successful project delivery of events across all our key accounts.
This is a broad role and includes anything from assisting with the creation of new concepts to maintaining and enhancing our existing client base. You will be an important member of our team.
Supporting the senior team with all aspects of event planning the role will include (but not be exclusive to):
· Assisting the senior team with creative pitches and event proposals
· Keeping key documents up to date, such as project plans and running orders
· Creating and circulating meeting agendas, taking meeting notes and sharing minutes
· Creating and maintaining client files from initial enquiry through to evaluation and completion
· Supporting the team with budget updates
· Creation of onsite documents such as vendor joining instructions and production schedules
· Setting-up projects in finance system
· Understanding and assisting the wider event team on requests for proposals (RFP’s)
· Researching suppliers, negotiating costs and facilitating the onboarding of new suppliers
· Venue and vendor sourcing, liaison, communication management and leading on response trackers and team updates
· Managing core event research documents such as directories and master templates ensuring information is kept up to date at all times
· Assist in a wide variety of ad-hoc event requirements adhering to and implementing policies and procedures
· Onsite event support as required
· Being an ambassador for the agency
