JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of our client’s key third-party events and support their owned events. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, a passion for creating impactful experiences, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be located near Mountain View / Bay Area
  • Full-time availability (35-40 hours per week).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Minimum 10 years of deep event planning experience.
  • Technology industry experience.
  • Proven experience leading third-party events (especially trade shows), product launches, content

and narrative production, show management and high-touch VIP experiences.

  • Experience managing multiple agencies concurrently.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus

  • Event Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of 3-4 third-party events, and provide support

for a high-priority owned event, managing multiple events in close succession.

  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate internal organizational dynamics to bring experiences to life,

including managing approvals and coordinating stakeholder feedback.

  • Project Management: Ensure adherence to deadlines, maintain robust documentation, and provide

detailed reporting and management.

  • Strategic Consultation: Provide strategic event consultation, including messaging, narrative

development, and measurement strategies.

  • Elevate Concepts: Consistently seek to elevate event concepts, ensuring they meet the brief,

resonate with the audience, leverage brand elements, and push creative boundaries.

  • Refine Creative Solutions: Work collaboratively with team members to push and refine creative

ideas and design solutions.

  • Agency Management: Effectively manage multiple agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Onsite Preparation: Prepare client team members for onsite events by creating comprehensive
