Job Description We are looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee our live events in the US. This is a fixed-term contract, ideally starting between early December 2025, and running through to June 2026. During this period, you will be leading the delivery of UNLEASH America 2026, and begin preparations for UNLEASH America 2027. In this role, you will require end-to-end management of different projects simultaneously while ensuring that the event is delivered successfully. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience of organizing large scale events and conferences, project driven, has excellent communication and people skills with a creative and entrepreneurial approach and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities Planning and delivering a live event to a high standard and within budget. Overseeing all aspects of onsite management including build-up and load out, transportation and traffic management, registration, build productions, delegate and sponsor management, crowd management and coordination of venue and vendor teams of security, AV, catering and supporting staff. Managing event budgeting and logistics. Contracting and liaising with all venue suppliers. Communicating and working closely with internal departments to ensure that all deadlines are met. Produce all necessary event management plans including safety plan, risk assessment, permissions, crew staffing etc. Prepare and present post event evaluation. Qualifications A proven track record of a minimum of 2 years’ experience of delivering large scale events. Exceptional organizational skills. Strong numeric for reporting and budgeting. Strong negotiation skills. Customer oriented with a “can Do” attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills. Passion and willingness to travel.
