CORPORATE EVENT CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER (RAHWAY, NJ)

New York / New Jersey prop/Scenic/furniture rental & custom fabrication company is offering a behind the scenes TV/movie, photography, tradeshow, and special events opportunity for an energetic individual.
We are seeking an corporate event project manager in working onprojects from initial concept through completion. World Cup, Superbowl, PGA etc..

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Working knowledge of materials like; wood, mdf, plexiglass, steel, aluminum, fabric, etc.
2. Working knowledge and understanding of carpentry, moldmaking, metal work and scenic paint treatments
3. Able to work in a fast pasted environment and thrive
4. Detail oriented person
5. Ability to work and communicate well with others
6. Able to multi-task
7. Be extremely organized
8. Have a clean work ethic
9. 5yr min experience
   Job Type: Full-time
   Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

1. An ability to read and understand plans, blueprints & drawings
2. Maintain records, manage costs, manage scope of projects
3. Proficient in MS office

5. Ability to clearly communicate with various creative clients across multiple disciplines; including theatre, visual merchandising, tradeshow and/or museum personnel
