Job Description Identify, acquire, and manage partnerships with cooperation partners and sponsors Independently negotiate and market ABOUT YOU events Plan, execute, and oversee sponsorship activations at events Manage post-cooperation processes, including contract creation, data maintenance, analysis, and reporting Coordinate and advise internal and external stakeholders Create compelling sales materials and presentations Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities Qualifications Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship Basic understanding of online campaigns and strong analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and derive actionable insights Strong sales mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Nice To Have Existing network of decision-makers, e.g. in the food, beauty, or FMCG industries Additional Information Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
