We’re hiring a Senior Events Manager in the Orlando area! This role is based in our Orlando office when not managing events and will include travel as needed for event operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing multiple clients and programs.
  • Proven ability to oversee $4M+ in event volume while handling multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Track record of success in planning and executing complex events.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and highly collaborative team player.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all vendors required for each program, ensuring quality and accountability.
  • Serve as a consultant to clients, providing operational solutions and managing vendors, hotels, and budgets.
  • Own all financial aspects of programs, including SOWs, deposit requests, invoicing, and budget management.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue and achieve gross profit goals.
  • Partner with hotel conference service managers and onsite staff to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Lead and manage event staff, providing proactive preparation, communication, and support to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records (ASOs, vendor information) and collaborate with procurement to confirm vendor approvals.
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs and key results, driving continuous improvement.
  • Take the lead on full-service or large-scale events, including programs divided due to size and scope.
  • Support the Director of Events in training and mentoring new team members.
