Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a high-profile event for our Client.
This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding event experiences that align with brand and business objectives.

As a Senior Events Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end event project management, from concept development to post-event evaluation.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control and value optimization.
  • Team Coordination: Lead internal teams and external suppliers, including designers, production crews, venues, and caterers.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify potential risks and ensure all events comply with health & safety regulations, insurance requirements, and legal standards.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Contribute to the strategic development of the events portfolio, bringing fresh ideas and industry insights.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed post-event reports, including KPIs, ROI analysis, and recommendations for future improvements.
