We are seeking a highly experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Events Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of all in person events targeting our C-suite customer audience in North America.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, events management or related field.
7+ years proven success managing events ranging from small intimate gatherings to large industry events, preferably in B2B technology and/or SaaS industry
4+ years experience using marketing automation technology, social media platforms, and CRM - preferably Salesforce, Attendease, Splash, Rainfocus
Extremely well organized, able to drive multiple projects in parallel, balancing critical, strategic and creative thinking with quick tactical execution in a high-pressure environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate on internal communications, email marketing, and social media content
Deep understanding and awareness of c-suite level schedules, needs, communication and priorities and ability to work at and with c-suite individuals professionally. Personal brand should reflect this executive level management.
Ability to work independently and manage budgets effectively.
Be detail-oriented, self-organized, and proactive in coordinating and leading conference execution activities from every angle to achieve maximum results
Confident, creative, self-motivated, and driven. Excellent project management capability and able to execute on time and within budget

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,200 – $245,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Event Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive events marketing plans to drive attendance and engagement of C-suite and senior executives at our field events. Collaborate with internal team members to align strategies with business objectives.
Event Execution: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all events, including dinners, ancillaries, and conferences targeting this audience. Ensure seamless logistics and exceptional attendee experience.
Event Storytelling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, campaign, and brand and engagement to ensure alignment in event content and messaging. Pull through compelling event content to resonate with our target audience.
Audience Acquisition: Drive attendee acquisition strategies to attract key decision-makers and industry leaders. Leverage targeted marketing campaigns and partnerships to increase event reach and impact among key accounts.
Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to negotiate contracts, ensure quality deliverables, and optimize return on investment. Foster strategic partnerships to enhance event visibility and success.
Performance Analysis: Analyze event data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Stay current on industry trends to continually enhance our events marketing strategy.
