Our EMR, CRM and revenue cycle solutions help behavioral health facilities succeed in managing their patients’ entire care journey, but it is through our people that we truly make a difference.   Summary The Senior Event Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Kipu Health’s events — one of our most critical growth channels. In this high-visibility position, you’ll own every detail of the event lifecycle, from concept to post-show analysis. You’ll combine operational excellence with creative thinking to deliver events that connect, inspire, and convert. Reporting to the Director of Field Events and supported by a high-performing internal marketing team, you’ll ensure flawless execution, strategic alignment, and measurable results for every event. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves people and logistics in equal measure, and brings a hospitality mindset to everything they do. ***Preference will be given to candidates who live in Florida, as well as Salt Lake City, Utah and Phoenix, Arizona. ***  Your Responsibilities   * Oversee all conference details — from ordering and inventory to vendor coordination and on-time delivery. * Serve as the primary liaison between Kipu and conference organizers, ensuring seamless communication and execution. * Manage Kipu’s conference staff registration, travel, and logistics. * Identify and manage speaking opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team to prepare and submit proposals. * Plan and execute high-impact networking events that enhance brand presence and deepen relationships. * Ensure Kipu’s onsite team is equipped with sales enablement tools and materials * Manage all event tasks and timelines in Asana to ensure clear ownership and accountability. * Track and analyze post-event performance, focusing on engagement and MQL generation. * Partner with the demand generation team to develop and deploy event-related mass communications. * Ensure smooth post-event follow-up, combining automation and personalized outreach to maximize ROI. * Be ready to tackle onsite challenges with professionalism, agility, and grace.   This role is for you if you have:  * A passion for events, hospitality, and people — it’s at the center of everything you do. * 5+ years of experience in B2B event planning (preferably with exposure to technology or healthcare). * Proven track record of creating experiences that engage audiences and deliver measurable results. * In-depth understanding of the event lifecycle, from strategy to execution. * Experience with project management tools (Asana experience a plus). * Detail-oriented and “pressure-tested” — thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. * Budget management expertise, with experience tracking and reporting across multiple events. * Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to manage; up, across, and down. * Experience preparing and submitting speaker applications. * A background in healthcare technology or behavioral health is a plus but not required.
