Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance coordinating and planning UIL state championship events as assigned by the UIL Athletic Director. Work collaboratively with other UIL staff on the coordination of all UIL events, meetings and functions. Manage specific operations of playoff and state championship events. Serve as Event contact for internal and external communications.
• Process video orders, duplicate videos and provide customer service relating to UIL athletic videos. Process photo orders, print photos and provide customer service relating to UIL athletic photos. Responsible for preserving and organizing UIL archival materials related to UIL athletic photos and videos.
• Assist UIL Athletic Department with correspondence, maintaining applicable web pages and state championship programs.
• Create, maintain, review, and edit UIL documents and correspondence including manuals, handbooks, compliance presentations, information guides, and eligibility forms.
• Review and file UIL Previous Athletic Participation Form as assigned.
• Answer phones through the main switchboard. Other duties as assigned by UIL Athletic Administrative staff
