About the team You will be part of the Events/Marketing Team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. Your mission We are seeking an experienced Events & Visitor Manager to design, plan and execute events and trade shows, and organise high-level site visits and delegations at our locations. The ideal candidate combines strong event management capabilities with experience handling executive-level visitors, international delegations, and complex stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities Executive Visits & Delegations Lead the planning and execution of high-level site visits for government officials, military representatives, investors, and international delegations. Coordinate end-to-end visitor programs including agendas, security coordination, transport, protocol, hospitality, demos, factory tours, and executive briefings. Ensure all engagements reflect STARK’s positioning, operational standards, and strategic priorities. Prepare leadership teams for meetings and engagements through briefing documents and stakeholder coordination. Act as on-site lead during visits and ensure flawless execution under dynamic conditions. Events & Exhibitions Manage selected international defence and technology exhibitions (e.g. ILA, DSEI, MSC and comparable formats). Coordinate booth operations, executive meetings, hospitality formats, side events, and stakeholder engagement activities. Support the execution of STARK-hosted receptions, dinners, and closed-door gatherings. Coordinate logistics, agencies, suppliers, production, and event materials in collaboration with Marketing and Brand teams. Operational Planning & Coordination Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, access management, and schedules for visitors and executives. Manage external vendors and service providers including logistics, production, venues, security, and hospitality partners. Build scalable operational structures for recurring visits and stakeholder formats. Maintain structured documentation, visitor briefings, and post-event reporting. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in events, executive operations, protocol, stakeholder management, or related project management roles. Proven experience coordinating high-level delegations, executive visits, or government-facing engagements. Experience working within defence, security, aerospace, government, or technology environments is strongly preferred. Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail. Willingness to travel frequently and support international engagements. Comfortable operating in fast-moving and high-pressure environments.
