The Sr. Executive- Admin & Human Resource is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the human resources and administrative functions within the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate assessments. Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and ensure the hiring process is efficient and compliant with company policies.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and performance recognition programs.
Manage employee compensation, payroll, and benefits administration. Review and recommend adjustments to employee salary structures based on performance, industry standards, and budget constraints.
Coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills, compliance, and leadership development. Identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning and development opportunities.
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Maintain and update company HR policies and employee handbooks to ensure legal compliance. Ensure proper documentation for employee records, contracts, and performance reviews.
Oversee the performance appraisal system to ensure timely and effective evaluations. Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans when needed.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor relations. Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for employees.
Ensure proper maintenance of employee files, records, and documents. Manage the company’s filing system and ensure that all records are up to date and easily accessible.
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and employee activities, ensuring all logistical needs are met. Organize team-building events, annual conferences, and holiday parties.
Monitor and ensure workplace health and safety standards are met. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and manage any workplace-related injuries or incidents.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
