Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Oversees the effective management of enquiries and visit bookings to ensure seamless guest journeys · Resource planning to support the operations of Education Department · Oversees administrative processes in Education Department to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company policies · Manage data processing and analysis for report generation · Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Risk Assessment (RA) for compliance with internal policies · Other relevant duties as assigned Job Requirements: · Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field · At least 3 – 5 years of working experience · Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English · Resourceful self-starter who is meticulous, has a positive work attitude, and strong time management and problem-solving skills. · Excellent team player who can also work independently · Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels. · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) · Familiarity with CRM and SAP system will be an advantage
