KEY RESPONSIBIILTIES  * Oversee daily operations across canteen, transport, security, janitorial services, staff accommodation and general maintenance. * Ensure hygiene, service quality, timely meal delivery and accurate billing in canteen operations. * Maintain records of canteen issues, resolve complaints and ensure compliance with audits and standards.  * Coordinate all transport‑related activities including fleet maintenance, GPS compliance, insurance and safety. * Maintain transport data, ensure accurate entries to the transport system and process timely vendor payments. * Monitor transport budgets, cost‑saving initiatives and produce monthly reports.  * Oversee security service providers to ensure compliance with company security guidelines and protocols. * Check CCTV footage, monitor visitor management processes and ensure proper documentation. * Verify security‑related payments and manage all necessary agreements.  * Manage janitorial operations ensuring adherence to environmental, compliance and labor standards.  * Oversee cleaning routines, waste disposal and procurement of cleaning chemicals and equipment. * Verify invoices, maintain checklists and ensure readiness for audits. standards. * Maintain emergency contingency plans for accommodation facilities. * Supervise general maintenance staff to ensure timely execution of allocated tasks. * Perform additional duties assigned by management as needed.  * Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, MAS DNA, policies, procedures and regulations. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Required qualifications include a degree in Business Management or a similar field. * Requires 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role. * Should be a quick learner, self‑motivated and flexible. * Work involves general shift duties in both office and factory environments, with occasional travel as needed.
