Senior Executive, Administrative Support
Reporting to the Centre Manager under NTU Centre for Computational Technologies in Finance, the incumbent will play an important role in assisting the Center to achieve its mission to develop and grow the Blockchain ecosystem by providing a world-class education and inspiring students to identify economic values of technology and translate them into products and services that benefit society.
Responsibilities:

Operational support for 0G-NTU Joint Research Center

  • Coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and maintain records related to collaborative research activities.
  • Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, faculty members, and industry partners.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestone tracking, facilitate communication among research teams, and support the implementation of collaboration initiatives.

Operational support for CCTF

  • Plan and coordinate staff and student welfare activities.
  • Assist in organizing the Centre activities, events and conferences.
  • Assist the Centre Director with travel-related matters, review and submit travel claims, ensuring all receipts and documents are complete and accurate.

Administrative Support for Annual Academic Conference

  • Coordinate venue booking, catering, AV setup, and other conference matters.
  • Assist research team on liaising with keynote speakers, panelists on the collection of information needed.
  • Responsible for coordinating and finalizing the conference agenda by engaging stakeholders, aligning session topics with event objectives, managing speaker schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of a well-structured, high-quality programme.
  • On-site execution and post-event follow up.

    Job Requirements:

  • A recognized Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, coordination, reporting, or stakeholder engagement. Experience in research-related settings across academic, public, or private sectors will be preferable.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, act responsibly, and work independently when required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including researchers, partners, and administrative teams, while promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to plan and execute tasks to a high standard.
