Job Description Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fundraising events, and staff appreciation events Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience Discretion combined with poise and professionalism in all communications Must be able to exercise good judgment regarding information which may be confidential Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment Customer service-focused with the ability to work collaboratively with others Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with attention to detail Solid planning, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills Experience using Microsoft products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills Friendly and professional demeano Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
