Job Description Colliers Agribusiness is seeking a high‑performing Senior Executive to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market leadership across Central NSW. In this pivotal role, which is based in our Canberra office, you will build deep, trusted relationships with key agribusiness clients, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the full transaction lifecycle from client‑funded marketing campaigns through to successful property client outcomes. You will leverage market Colliers Agribusiness Collective Intelligence suite to deliver exceptional client services, and play a key role in generating cross‑service referral opportunities across Colliers. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow key client relationships, increasing Colliers’ market presence Win and manage Client Funded Marketing (CFM) appointments, converting relationships into ongoing opportunities. Coordinate end‑to‑end property sales campaigns, including marketing, inspections, enquiries, data tracking, and reporting. Consistently meet and exceed annual revenue targets. Prepare marketing submissions, agency agreements, and campaign reporting with strong attention to brand and compliance. Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate closely with internal service lines to generate referrals. Stay across agribusiness market trends, industry participants, and emerging opportunities. Qualifications About You NSW Real Estate Licence Class 2 with Stock & Station qualification and current CPD (essential). Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role. Strong market knowledge, relationship‑building capability, and commercial acumen. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Performance‑driven, detail‑oriented, and highly collaborative. Confident using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and professional social media platforms.
