Job Title: Certified Visualization Developer
Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Home)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Certified in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Microsoft Excel (Basic Formulas, Pivot, Excel Functions)
• Data query language and ETL frameworks: (DAX, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
• Data visualization and warehousing ((OLAP & OLTP Systems)
• Data management (Triggers, Cursors, Synonyms, and Indexes)
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
• Organization, time-management and project-management skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration and team-work skills.
• Ability to work in a single contributor -paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with and cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.

• Must have minimum 2years experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI. Tableau , QlikSense , etc
• Collaborate with stakeholders and database teams to understand data structures, gather requirements, draft and share minutes of meetings, time-management and communicate roadblocks impacting delivery
• Responsible for developing custom visual solutions into compelling and informative data stories, de-bugging and optimizing Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, standardization
• Should have good experience in writing complex measures and calculated columns by using DAX functions like Time Intelligence functions, Text functions , Table manipulation functions, Logical functions , Date & Time Functions and Filter functions
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (Excel, SSAS, SQL Server, etc), data ingestion, ETL frameworks, power query, visualization development, migration and scheduling jobs, database management systems, data modelling and data warehousing
• Conduct user testing, refine or enhance visualizations based on feedback and maintain existing visualizations, ensuring they remain current and relevant.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends or technologies in data visualization to implement best practices and ensure consistency across projects
