Amentum is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC. Like supporting a program which is essential to the defense of our Nation? Come learn, explore, and support this program as we develop new technologies, new software, new hardware, and tools in support of the Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile Program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Eight (8) years’ experience in the areas of system acquisition, milestone planning, project tracking, financial analysis, logistics support, and project/program cost analysis to include the following: Experience in evaluation of system and component level technical engineering documentation.
  • Experience interacting with high-level civilian and military leadership and synthesizing information from diverse sources into systems engineering strategies combined with relevant DoD acquisition experience.
  • Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Providing advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
  • Reporting directly to SES or GS-15 level supervisors.
  • Acting as direct liaison for executive management staff.
  • Maintaining and coordinating communications with internal/external customers for or on behalf of group executive.
  • Developing and preparing reports and correspondence requested by management where information is obtained from a variety of sources.
  • Composing and possibly initiating routine and inter-office correspondence for executive.
  • Maintaining/coordinating executives schedule including meetings, appointments, travel itineraries, etc.
