  • A merchandising conglomerate with head office in Lagos and four Zonal offices in other geo-political zones requires the services of a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Assistant.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines. Professional qualification would be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in executive or administrative support roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with office management tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex situations and make sound decisions.
  • A strong sense of ethics and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings and travels.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls and other correspondence.
  • Draft, proofread and edit documents, presentations and reports.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in research and provide insights to help executives make informed decisions.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track follow-up actions.
  • Assist with or manage special projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems and processes.
  • Represent the executive in internal or external meetings when required.
