JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recognised Diploma with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred
  • Good time management and able to multi-task
  • Proificiency on Microsoft Office and is IT savvy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
Responsibilities
  • Medical Report Processing:
  • Processing medical reports via EPIC
  • Following up with doctors to ensure prompt submission/completion of their medical reports
  • Arranging sessions with Prof. Manning for training new MOs/residents on medical report writing
  • Mortality Report Processing:
  • Ensure forms are completed accurately and follow-up with those missing mortality forms
  • Ensure doctors review and sign off the forms within the stipulated timeframe (for submission to Medical Affairs Clinical Governance)
  • Assist in the implementation of the above workflow via online system
  • Case Note Retrieval:
  • For research or medical report purposes (via Medical Report Office)
  • Leave Application Management:
  • System approver for all types of leave applications for EMD doctors (both senior and junior staff) via Successfactors
  • Ensure prompt submission by doctors within the stipulated timeframe
  • Training/Sponsorship Claims, Shift Allowances and Transport Claims:
  • System approver for EMD doctors (both senior and junior staff) via Successfactors
  • System approver for EMD doctors via AP-Direct
  • Ensure prompt submission by doctors within the stipulated timeframe
  • Field Medical Team Coordination:
  • Deployment and honorarium processing via Operations Command Centre
  • Handling enrolments for Hamzat, DMRC, and PHTLS courses via Operations Command Centre
  • Honorarium submissions for doctors who have participated in the FMT
  • Research Administrative Support:
  • Assisting with the procurement of medical equipment and invoice payment processing
  • Assisting w ith the commissioning of medical equipment
  • Assisting on-boarding process of new research co-ordinators
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Covering for staff on leave
  • Other tasks as assigned from time to time
