JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support the EVP and President of the Connected Care Segment at our Irvine BD location. This role is highly visible and involves complex administrative responsibilities, serving as the primary administrative liaison with senior management, external stakeholders, and their assistants. The Senior Executive Assistant must work independently under strict deadlines, manage competing priorities, ability to discern priorities, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma/GED with formal training or equivalent work experience required. College degree preferred.
  • At least five years’ experience required supporting a President or C-suite executive in a global organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), including designing complex documents/presentations required.
  • Extensive experience in calendar management and travel booking/expense preparation using platforms like Concur required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism required.
  • Experience with AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot), Canva, and survey tools preferred.
  • Ability to travel and work between Southern California sites (Irvine and San Diego) weekly and New Jersey site potentially one time quarterly required.
