Responsibilities Senior Executive Assistant to the President/CEO The Senior Executive Assistant and Board Relations Coordinator role at Legacy Health offers an exceptional opportunity to directly support the President & CEO, as well as the Board of Directors. This role will rely on a mix of expertise, discretion, judgment, and interpersonal skills to be successful. In addition, it requires engaging with diverse stakeholder groups to effectively represent the Office of the President/CEO for Legacy Health. This Senior Executive Assistant also adds value in many ways beyond those of a traditional support professional, serving as the recording secretary for the Board of Directors and some of its core committees. This position ensures every initiative is executed with precision, sensitivity, and proactive thinking. The ability to manage confidential matters, anticipate needs, and facilitate seamless communication makes this role indispensable to the CEO.. Your Impact Be the primary support to the CEO, orchestrating the flow of information, requests and priorities. Serve as the behind-the-scenes support for the senior team with key meetings, communications, and sensitive initiatives. Experience: Minimum of ten years’ executive level administrative assistant experience, preferably with a health care organization. Minimum 5 years' experience working with a Board of Directors and/or board appointed committees Skills: Self-motivated, detail oriented, positive attitude, flexible, proactive and anticipates needs of both the CEO and the Board of Directors Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment Ability to collaborate and work well with people at all levels Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to identify and implement creative solutions to a variety of challenging situations Ability to work independently with little or no supervision Ability to make decisions and maintain confidentiality Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal supervision Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to understand nuance and adapt communication style based on the audience and situation Advanced computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint and internet research Strong planning, organizational, time and project management skills to prioritize and complete multiple assignments and coordinate workflow with minimal to no supervision Must be available to provide support outside of normal business hours as needed Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills Must have the ability to travel as needed to support the CEO and Board of Directors Excellent problem-solver/ strong analytical abilities Additional general accountabilities and essential functions will be provided during the interview process.
