Overview Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and management support to senior executives (e.g., Deputy Assistant Secretary). Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, meeting requests, and logistics (including virtual setups, building access, and escorts). The role liaises with internal and external stakeholders, facilitates correspondence control, arranges domestic and international travel, and develops office SOPs. The position may also attend meetings on behalf of the executive and provide written readouts. This role often handles sensitive and confidential information, including classified correspondence. This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients. Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and management support to senior executives. Manage complex executive calendars, meeting requests, and scheduling logistics. Coordinate meeting logistics including virtual meeting setups, building access, and escort coordination. Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate correspondence control and document coordination. Arrange domestic and international travel in accordance with federal travel requirements. Develop and maintain office standard operating procedures (SOPs). Attend meetings on behalf of the executive when required and provide written readouts. Handle sensitive and confidential information, including classified correspondence, with discretion. Qualifications Active Top Secret Exceptional organizational, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. Highly proficient in calendar management and meeting coordination. Extensive experience with federal travel regulations (FTR), correspondence control systems, and document management. Ability to handle sensitive and classified information with discretion. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High School Diploma or GED + 7 years of progressively responsible executive-level administrative support experience. Equivalency: Associate's Degree + 5 years experience; OR Bachelor's Degree + 3 years experience.
