JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support Manager and Team Lead in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and programmes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to deliver effective HR services.
• Manage On/Offboarding processes and enhance employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies and relevant legislation.
• Deliver HR services aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate HR system records in accordance with standards.
