JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably with Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Someone with at least 2 years of proven executive assistant experience, preferably in a fast moving environment
  • Someone with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Someone who is agile, versatile in handling various stakeholders, and has a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Independent, resourceful, and has a pro-active personality
  • Work well under pressure and tight deadlines

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive administrative support (e.g. filing, printing and data entry) to key management leaders (e.g. Managing Director & Directors).
  • Manage and coordinate calendar and schedule of key management leaders. Provide timely updates to key management leaders on changes to their schedule and any key information.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on arrangement of business meetings.
  • Provide support and coverage in terms of receptionist duties when needed.
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, meals and accommodation for key management leaders for their overseas business trips.
  • Collate, submit and track expenses on portals.
  • Participate and support internal company or employee related projects or initiatives.
  • Provide coverage for Executive Assistant when on leave.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks/administrative support when the need arises.
