In this role, you will:
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President & her team including managing an extremely active calendar; composing and preparing confidential communications; arranging travel plans; completing expense reports.
- Work closely and effectively with the President to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a “barometer,” having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the President updated.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the President and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with Kimberly-Clark Senior Management.
- Provide “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the President’s time and office by prioritizing conflicting needs, while ensuring the President’s schedule is followed and respected.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to manage the Executive Team’s operating routines. This includes arranging and schedule meetings & events, including coordinating the agenda, preparing any meeting materials and or presentations, scheduling conference space when required, coordinate all IT resources and catering.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Participate as an adjunct member of the Kimberly-Clark Professional North American Leadership Team meetings.
- Owns execution of business projects as assigned by the President, KCP North American Leaders, or the Chief of Staff.
- Lead the KCP North American Executive Assistants team and ensures that workplace standards and best practices are followed, while ensure the team is building capabilities.
- Supports the on-boarding activities for Executive new hires on the KCP North American Leadership Team.
- Collaboration with Communications leader with executing team events and internal communications.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- SAP and Workday experience preferred.
- Global experience preferred.
- Web based (Concur) travel and expense reporting system knowledge a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities, adept at building and nurturing relationships with diverse, cross-cultural stakeholders—both internal and external.
- Influential leadership, demonstrated through the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
