  • Proven experience in planning and managing executive support within a global organization.
  • A confident, proactive manner with a forward thinking, organized, solutions-focused style.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of competing tasks associated with the needs of a Group Executive.
  • Ability to develop and implement administrative and business processes effectively, trouble-shooting general issues and formulating and implementing solutions.
  • Strong relationship and partnership building skills. Demonstrated ability to engage with a wide range of senior stakeholders and high-profile organizations.
  • Ability to manage strong behaviors to ensure effectiveness.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE:

This Senior Executive Assistant role is much more than calendar management — it is a strategic extension of the Chief Legal Officer’s (CLO) office and a trusted partner in driving operational excellence and leadership effectiveness across a global Legal team. You’ll participate in senior leadership meetings, manage key workflows and projects, and contribute to the CLO’s communications and planning. As a critical member of the team, you will be expected to think ahead, stay composed under pressure, and act with utmost discretion and judgment.
