JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will support investment and asset management functions, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive robust investment decisions and asset optimisation strategies. The role involves financial modelling, market research, project evaluation, and asset performance analysis in a dynamic commercial real estate environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience (preferably in audit or accounting).
• Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle high level of confidentiality.
• Good team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels in the organisation.
• Highly motivated, mature, proactive and meticulous.
