Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Executive, Senior Executive, or Assistant Manager to support the International Marketing Department. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible as part of the team to oversee the full lifecycle of event coordination—from calendar planning and stakeholder collaboration to operational execution and post-event review. They will work closely with internal sales teams and cross-functional departments to ensure a well-structured and strategically aligned events calendar. This individual is naturally curious, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering high standards of support across the scope of work in the BD SOS Team. The ability to adapt to change and contribute to cross-functional initiatives is essential. Job Responsibilities Plan and coordinate with cross department teams to ensure alignment and visibility of upcoming events and promotions. Ensure a unified and conflict-free events and promotions calendar, planned with business outcomes in mind to drive value and support revenue objectives. Distribute operational information related to events to relevant teams in a timely and accurate manner. Review and/or manage criteria for gifts, promotions, and event participation. Manage waitlists and cancellations via internal systems or manual tracking tools, ensuring accuracy and maintaining clear communication with sales teams and management. Coordinate with management approvals for waitlisted patrons and ensure timely updated records. Oversee ticket distribution for events within the International Marketing Department, ensuring timely and accurate allocation and distribution to sales teams. Conduct pre-event briefing to align teams on objective, roles and contingency plans. Allocate manpower for event day operations, ensuring adequate coverage and readiness. Provide on-day event support, acting as the key liaison for issue resolution and stakeholder coordination across departments. Collate and submit post-event feedback and reviews to inform future improvements. Maintain complete knowledge of events policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure compliance and consistency. Provide ad-hoc support across other BD SOS functions as needed, contributing to cross-functional projects and adapting to evolving team priorities. Requirement Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Experience No experience required as training will be provided Other Prerequisites Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procurement and Collaboration tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Concur, etc.).
