Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Programme Operations), Nanyang Executive Education Nanyang Executive Education (NEE), a division of Nanyang Business School, delivers enterprise and public executive learning programmes for mid- to senior-level professionals across industries. Our programmes are delivered by world-class faculty and industry practitioners, supporting lifelong learning, leadership development, and skills transformation. This is a key operational role in the delivery and governance of FlexiMasters programmes, including open-enrolment and corporate-sponsored cohorts. The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end programme operations, coordinating delivery activities across stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of service quality, financial stewardship, and compliance. As an operational team member for FlexiMasters programmes, the role provides execution oversight and coordination across multiple concurrent programmes, supporting the effective scaling and sustainability of NEE’s programme portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Programme delivery of FlexiMasters programmes from planning through completion. Coordinate programme delivery activities across faculty, internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders. Provide operational support to ensure delivery consistency, issue resolution, and service quality across programmes. Manage programme budgets and ensure timely invoicing and revenue reconciliation. Ensure compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore funding requirements and University policies, including audit readiness and accurate reporting. Monitor programme performance and contribute to operational improvements that enhance efficiency, governance, and participant experience. Support the operational delivery and servicing of corporate-sponsored FlexiMasters cohorts, working with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery requirements and service standards are met. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution. Relevant experience in programme, project, or operations management within lifelong learning, training, or related professional services environments. Experience managing multiple concurrent programmes or projects with diverse stakeholders and delivery requirements. Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail, sound judgement, and a strong sense of accountability for outcomes. Familiarity with SkillsFuture funding frameworks and compliance requirements is advantageous.
