JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in volunteer management, customer service or marketing or related fields
• Strong project management, presentation and event coordination skills
• Proficient in digital communication tools, volunteer management systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups.
