Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Timezone: EST Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars Coordinate client meetings, internal strategy calls, and campaign reviews. Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing performance summaries. Support project management across paid media, SEO, and creative teams. Track deliverables, deadlines, and campaign milestones. Liaise with clients professionally and confidently when required. Draft executive communications, proposals, and agency documentation. Optimize internal systems and workflows (CRM, project management tools, dashboards). Assist with hiring coordination and team onboarding processes. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Virtual Assistant, or Operations Assistant. Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, performance marketing agency, or creative agency (required). Strong understanding of marketing terminology (CPC, ROAS, CTR, funnels, lead generation, etc.). Advanced proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana/ClickUp/Monday.com, and CRM platforms. Experience preparing executive reports and marketing dashboards. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills.
