Job Summary We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant for a senior leader in our Sales Organization. This is an office-based position at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. On-site presence is essential to support our team effectively. This is a high-impact role requiring impeccable discretion, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate with urgency and precision in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting executive-level leaders across global teams. You’ll be a critical force in ensuring the day-to-day success of our leadership team. Your Impact Assisting with presentations, report data, complex meeting coordination and travel logistics Calendar management and assistance to the leadership team Working closely with multiple stakeholders from various functions- group admins, team members and managers to assist with special projects, and annual planning Planning and executing group events and social activities, such as happy hours, release events, meet-ups and more Qualifications Your Experience Minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting SVP level leaders, ideally in a high-growth sales environment. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Comfortable handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Resourceful and adaptable, with a solutions-oriented mindset. Proficiency with Google Workspace, expense systems (e.g., Concur), and calendaring tools. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
