Senior Executive Assistant to the CRO About the Position As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and select senior executives. This role is critical to enabling revenue and executive leadership to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. You will serve as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple leaders and teams. Key Responsibilities as Senior Executive Assistant at Showpad Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and select senior leadership team members Manage complex and dynamic calendars, prioritizing meetings and aligning schedules across multiple stakeholders and time zones Proactively schedule internal and external meetings, including leadership, customer, and cross-functional engagements Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries Manage incoming communications, helping prioritize and triage requests to ensure timely follow-up and action Attend leadership and team meetings as needed, capture notes, and distribute summaries and action items to ensure alignment and execution Organize and maintain files, shared folders, and key leadership materials, including presentations, reporting, and operational documents Track key priorities, deadlines, and deliverables; proactively follow up to ensure timely completion Support preparation of executive presentations, leadership meetings, customer engagements, and revenue-related planning materials Anticipate leadership needs and collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and efficiency Provide support on operational, strategic, and cross-functional initiatives related to the revenue organization Skills We Are Looking For Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally including C-level or revenue leadership, in a fast-paced, global environment Experience supporting revenue leaders (CRO, VP Sales, or GTM executives) strongly preferred Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities Strong work ethic with a proactive, service-oriented mindset Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, customers, and internal stakeholders Highly resourceful, adaptable, and collaborative team player Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and exercise sound judgment Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when needed Proficiency with modern communication, productivity, and collaboration tools What You Can Expect from Showpad We welcome every voice and are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
