Birmingham Newman University is seeking a part-time Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. This role is primarily office-based, with the option for some remote working each week depending on business need.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a proactive and efficient Executive Support team in the Vice-Chancellor’s Office. The role will provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), as well as supporting the wider work of the Vice Chancellor’s Office. This includes assisting the CFO with work related to their portfolio, proactive diary and email management, and producing reports and preparing analysis of data. The post-holder will also provide administrative support for University committees and working group meetings, and contribute to the efficient administrative operations of the Executive Office.
