We are seeking an experienced and high performing Senior Executive Assistant for the Joint Chair and Vice Chairs of NBT and UHBW.
This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone with proven Executive/Board level Executive Assistant experience. The postholder will work across both organisations.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE OF:

Supporting Executive/Non-Executive Directors in a fast-paced environment
Working to very tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities.
Working within the NHS, with a strong knowledge of the sector landscape and priorities
Working where discretion, good judgement and the highest standards of professionalism are required
As the Senior Executive Assistant supporting the Joint Chair and Vice Chairs you will:
Provide high level, professional EA support
Act as an interface between the Joint Chair and Vice Chairs and staff at all levels
With guidance from senior colleagues, develop a thorough understanding of the Joint Chair’s and Vice Chairs’ priorities and ways of working
Work with senior colleagues to help ensure that the Joint Chair’s and Vice Chairs’ priorities are effectively communicated and progressed
