Position Summary: The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support for the Executive Office of UCH. Responsibilities include general office support, supply/equipment management, external vendor support, facility support, and support of the contract management system. This position handles a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office. Maintains calendars, routes phone calls, forwards messages receives visitors, and arranges conference calls and meetings. Maintains filing systems, processes incoming mail, and is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.
