SUMMARY:

Actively manage calendars and all necessary correspondence for assigned physicians. Clerical duties include drafting communications for stakeholders, reserving conference rooms, scheduling meetings, requesting supplies, recording and editing minutes for meetings, filing, and mail. Performs other duties and assignments as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Education equivalent to Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts
• Computer Experience: intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint Office 365, Outlook, and EMR
• Typing skills of 60 wpm and 90% accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time-management skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Master’s degree preferred
• Three to five years prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
