Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Executive Assistant performs administrative and project management duties as a part of standard EA scope such as:

  • Calendar and meeting management
  • Travel and expenses management
  • Agenda and meeting minutes preparation
  • Various reporting and ownership of internal files
  • Preparing relevant communication, reports and presentations
  • Distribution lists management
  • SharePoint ownership
  • Other administrative and ad-hoc tasks
  • Understanding and recognizing the business needs of our clients
  • Delivering the highest standard of support as a first point of contact

Additionally, Senior Executive Assistant assists Team’s Supervisor in:

  • Developing and maintaining exceptional and strong relationships with clients
  • Designing and coordinating onboarding process of new joiners
  • Assisting and overseeing team members with process and daily work related challenges and queries
  • Daily administrational and process related activities
  • Leading team meetings and various projects
