[What the role is] A core member of the procurement operations team that specialises in construction, building infrastructure, facilities management and sustainability procurement. To uphold proper procurement governance in NEA and achieve best value for our purchases, ensure that government and NEA procurement policies and guidelines are applied accordingly to maintain high standard of integrity and transparency throughout the procurement value-chain. [What you will be working on] You will support the procurement functions in NEA by carrying out the following activities: Provide administrative support to the Procurement team in managing end-to-end tendering processes, from preparation to award, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Administer GeBIZ-related tender processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all relevant activities in accordance with established guidelines. Manage GeBIZ Management as GeBIZ Administrator and support all internal staff in GeBIZ issues. Liaise with business units to monitor and track pre- and post-award tender activities, maintain accurate documentation, and manage contract expiry timelines. Perform data extraction to support audits and provide actionable procurement insights. Manage procurement documentation in line with the organization’s knowledge management policies and procedures. Collate, compile, and submit procurement reports as required. [What we are looking for] Job Requirements: At least 1 to 2 years of experience in government procurement, and familiar with Instruction Manual (IM) on Procurement, GeBIZ system and GeBIZ Management Console (GMC).
