The Centre for Climate Change and Environmental Health (CCEH), with leadership from the Asian School of the Environment (ASE) and LKCMedicine dedicated to investigating the intricate relationship between climate change and human health. CCEH aims to tackle critical questions at the intersection of climate change and human health. Through cutting-edge scientific methodologies and state-of-the-art technologies including advanced modelling techniques, sensor networks, data analytics and animal model-based experimentation, CCEH will elucidate the complex mechanisms through which climate change impacts current and future air quality, exacerbates heat stress, affects water scarcity and quality, and ultimately affects human health.
We are looking for a Senior Executive, Centre Operations & Administration who will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions and operational management of the Centre. The successful candidate will work with the Director and Centre Manager to ensure the smooth execution of processes, compliance with policies, and efficient coordination across stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and operations management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Assist to oversee daily operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage correspondence, meeting schedules of the Centre Director, and procurement of office supplies as well IT equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of Centre’s KPIs, achievements and centre operations.
  • Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Organize and support meetings, workshops, and Centre-related events.
  • Assist in the preparation of grants submissions and requesting of quotation and others.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Centre Director/Manager.
