We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Coach to work closely with C suite leaders and senior leadership teams across a range of industries. This role focuses on delivering high impact executive coaching, facilitating leadership and team development engagements, and contributing to the firm’s thought leadership and client success. The Senior Executive Coach will act as a trusted advisor, supporting leaders through complex challenges while helping organizations achieve meaningful and measurable results. Responsibilities Deliver one to one executive coaching engagements for senior leaders using established coaching frameworks and assessments Facilitate leadership team sessions focused on alignment, trust, performance, and strategic clarity Partner with clients to identify leadership goals, development priorities, and measurable outcomes Administer and interpret leadership assessments such as 360 feedback tools and behavioral instruments Collaborate with internal consultants and partners to design and deliver leadership development programs Contribute to program development, intellectual capital, and continuous improvement of coaching methodologies Maintain strong client relationships while upholding confidentiality and professional coaching standards Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field Advanced training or certification in executive coaching from a recognized coaching institution Minimum of 8 years experience coaching senior executives or leadership teams in a professional services environment Demonstrated experience using leadership assessments and feedback tools Strong facilitation, listening, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple client engagements with professionalism and accountability Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools, video conferencing platforms, and presentation software
