Senior Executive - Color Lab (Based at Noyon Biyagama) Noyon Lanka, originally a joint venture between a French lace company and MAS Holdings, is a global leader in lace design and production. Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS — we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to oversee all activities of the lab to bulk, bulk to bulk integration in order to assure repeatability, consistency of dyeing and finishing process as per priorities, plan so as to meet customer’s Quality requirements, delivery requirements Key Responsibilities: Follow the bulk dye plan, deliveries, identify requirements, priorities, schedule work across shifts, coordinate, communicate with the planners on a frequent basis in order to meet delivery requirements, facilitate on time delivery of bulk batches to customers Communicate all color decisions with the color team, lab team and ensure that they are fully understood, recorded and followed when dyeing future batches in order to facilitate continuity of shade across batches Lead, control the overall first bulk, bulk to bulk dyeing cycle, monitor, assess bulk dyed to finished continuity, advise on any key observations, assist in solving critical color issues and personally carry out any visual tests, if required to ensure color consistency. Visit regularly local factories and external color approval parties to understand the color examination systems and methods & tolerances Knowledge and Skills: Degree in Textile Technology 4-5 years relevant experience in dye lab Good Communication and Leadership skills
