Job Req Number:  116607Time Type: Full TimePurpose: Provide comprehensive commercial support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) in the management of assigned customer accounts through commercial coordination, quotation management, customer support and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Key Tasks: Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing assigned customer accounts and commercial coordination. Prepare quotations and mini RFQs by liaising with overseas offices, internal pricing teams and tariff tools to secure optimal rates. Maintain accurate and consistent customer quotation and account records in compliance with internal and audit requirements and buddy system coverage. Support customer onboarding through credit application submission (eCAF) and related coordination. Handle customer enquiries, quotation follow-up to maximize hit rate, and escalate issues where necessary. Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure timely response to customer requests. Identify recurring service issues and gather feedback to align with stakeholders for process improvements. Updates Customer SOPs to ensure adherence to validated procedures. Prepare customer reports and support KAMs in business review meetings, including materials and follow-up actions. Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Perform assigned tasks to support the company meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment as documented and follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy. Adherence to the Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group  Competencies: Self-motivated and self-disciplined Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Organized, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines Customer focus Problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Collaborative team player in a diverse environment  Experience: •    Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field •    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/logistics or sales support/customer service •    Experience in handling quotations & customer service in freight forwarding environment •    Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)•    Experience in logistics systems (E.g.
