Content and storytelling are core to how we build belief in what we do as an eCommerce logistics specialist - whether it’s shaping how the world sees our brand, driving action among decision-makers, or helping our team tell impactful stories across the marketing funnel. To do this, we’re looking for a curious, generalist Content Marketer to lead the narrative and content strategy for one of our key business segments. You’ll sit within the regional Content team and work closely with a Product Marketer in a pod model to shape marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market efforts. You’ll also collaborate with the wider Marketing team, so you’re never building in a silo - and you’ll travel occasionally across the region to capture stories that bring the Teleport brand to life. This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office, reporting to the Head of Content Marketing. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re both a thinker and a doer who wants to do things differently when it comes to marketing. A DAY IN THE LIFE You can expect your days to be pretty varied at Teleport. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to: Develop and execute end-to-end content strategy and narrative across the marketing funnel - from awareness to advocacy - in written, visual, and video formats for various online and offline channels/touchpoints e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, website, email, flyers, etc. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver impactful content and campaigns Draft briefs with clear objectives, defined audiences, and sharp messaging Track, analyse, and report on content performance using analytics tools Travel occasionally to capture stories and support on-ground events Stay up to date with trends in marketing, logistics, and eCommerce Owns end-to-end content strategy - from planning and creation to publishing and performance tracking Brings strong editorial judgment, a clear sense of brand voice, and a sharp eye for design, adaptation, and distribution Connects content to business outcomes and the bigger picture Translates complex ideas into clear, actionable narratives Collaborates effectively across stakeholders and functions Takes real ownership, works with independence, and solves problems creatively Manages timelines with precision and accountability QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 3 - 5 years in B2B content marketing or in-house roles focused on business outcomes Experience owning/driving content strategy and execution across various formats and channels Strong project and stakeholder management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English NICE TO HAVE Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and/or eCommerce logistics, especially in a B2B or regional context Hands-on experience using content tools like Canva, Frame.io, Adobe CC, or AI-assisted editing tools Experience developing content for founder-led or product-led brands with distinct voices and POVs We’re all about creating a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels valued.
